1. Body

The body of the DamaTajhiz commercial water heater is made of a hot galvanized steel sheet with a thickness corresponding to their capacity, from 4 to 8 mm. 2. Burner

DamaTajhiz commercial water heaters have the ability to install a fanned burner or an electric heating element which are of gas or diesel, dual-fuel, diesel or electric types with appropriate capacity and in different models, and you can order water heaters with or without a burner according to your need.

DamaTajhiz water heaters are usually equipped with Iran-Radiator and Garm-Iran burner types, which can be changed according to the customers' orders.

Note: Burner installation equipment and accessories, such as hoses, gas filters, diesel nozzles, diesel filters, etc. must be purchased separately.

3. Furnace

DamaTajhiz commercial water heater furnaces are designed, manufactured, and supplied from 4, 6, and 8-inch firetubes based on their capacity (two-pass in horizontal models and one-pass in vertical models).

4. Control Equipment

To control the temperature of the outlet water of the DamaTajhiz commercial water heaters it is necessary to use two submerged thermostats that are installed in series in the circuit.

The first thermostat performs the role of initial disconnection and connection, and the second thermostat is at a temperature of 10 degrees higher. It is set as a limit thermostat that will operate and turn off the burner if the first thermostat does not work.

To display the temperature inside the outlet water source in the highest part of the water heater, use a temperature gauge that is sheathed from 0 to 120 degrees Celsius.

Also, to prevent possible pressure increases inside the tank, it is necessary to use a standard and efficient temperature and pressure safety valve according to the regulations and technical instructions.

Note: Regarding the installation of burners, it is strongly recommended to use a pressure-relief valve instead of a safety valve, so if for any reason, the temperature and finally the pressure inside the source exceeds the permissible limits, the pressure-relief valve (which is more functional than regular safety valves) can discharge excess pressure and prevent any accidents.

Extra: The order for the preparation and installation of the pressure relief valve can be done at the request and expense of the respected buyer.

The Role of Return Valves in Commercial Water Heaters
