As you know, the main prerequisite for doing any work is to have accurate information about that subject. Regarding selection, checking the prices, buying, and getting to know more about different types of fuel oil pumps, the following information is included so that you, dear visitors of the specialized website of Damatajhiz (an official member of the Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment Dealers Association), can use these tips to Sufficient information, choose and buy the proper fuel pump in bulk.
If you ask, "What is a diesel fuel pump?" You don't need to search anymore because the Damatajhiz will give you the answer to this question. The fuel oil pump, which is used for pumping and injecting fuel into the burner, is a mechanical part in the field of burner equipment, like the diesel pump, and as its name suggests, it pumps fuel oil as fuel for the fuel burner at the appropriate pressure—the nozzle pumps.
As you know, a burner needs fuel and oxygen to create a fire, and naturally, it must be supplied with fuel to use the heat produced by the burner. But in addition, for safe and optimal operation, fuel and oxygen must be in sufficient contact with each other. Therefore, in burners that work with liquid diesel fuel or fuel oil, the fuel must be sprayed into the combustion chamber with proper pressure and in the form of drops and atomized so that it can have the required contact with air and oxygen. In the diesel fuel burner, the work of pumping fuel from the tank and spraying it in the combustion chamber is done by the diesel fuel pump and nozzle.
In the specialized HVAC group of Damatajhiz, all the Fuel oil Pumps are only sold in bulk. Therefore, if you want to wholesale any of these products, feel free to contact us.
The fuel oil pump has the same function as the diesel fuel pump, but in the fuel oil burners, a step is added to dilute the fuel oil, which is a heavy fuel. The pump pulls the fuel out of the tank using a gear with a suction function. Then, to facilitate the pumping and atomizing operation, it dilutes the diesel fuel, a heavy fuel with high viscosity, to reduce its viscosity.
After this step, the diluted fuel oil passes through a filter to remove any impurities that may be in it. It is vital to purify the fuel before pumping because if the fuel does not pass through the filter, the suspended or solid particles in it will block the path of the nozzle opening, and the burner will so-called misfire and suffocate!
Finally, the fuel oil pump pumps the diluted and refined fuel oil with the required pressure towards the burner nozzle using the power of the electric motor and gears.
In the fuel pump, a separate route for the return of excess fuel is installed so that if pumping is more than required or the burner is turned off, the excess fuel will return to the tank.
As soon as the burner is turned off, the fuel pump return valve, which is usually closed (N.C.), opens, and as a result, all the pumped fuel is directed to the return path. In addition, the nozzle valve, which is usually open (.N.O.), is immediately closed. In this way, the fuel cut-off system reacts quickly to new conditions.
Note: To adjust the flame and the heat created; as a result, a screw facing the fuel outlet is installed on the pump to adjust the output fuel flow rate.
There are two other screws on the pump body with the letters P and V next to them. Screw P is used to control the pump's output pressure, and screw V is used for ventilation.
In the control and safety equipment group of the Damatajhiz reference site, information and prices of all types of diesel and fuel oil pumps with Suntec brand with original warranty have been presented for your review and purchase, dear users and employers.
