In this case, the refrigerant fluid inside the evaporator is almost completely transferred into the condenser through the compression chiller compressor, and when the compressor is restarted, there is no more refrigerant fluid in the evaporator, which suddenly enters the compressor through suction and damages the valves of the chiller compressor.

4. Due to the difference in thrust pressure in systems with a water condenser (cooling tower) and with an air condenser, of course, the H.P.C (high-pressure controller) setting in these two models of chillers is different. In air systems, it is set to 350 psi.
