- All sheets used in the body, main furnace, return chamber, and tube sheets are made of fire-resistant sheet 17 MN4 DIN17155, specifically designed for hot water and high-temperature boilers and with high tensile strength.
- All pipes used are seamless fire-resistant and according to DIN17175-8.ST35 standard.
- All welding is performed based on PQR WPS approved by the Standards Organization and by certified welders.
- All design and manufacturing stages comply with the Iranian national standard ISIRI 7911 (BS855).
- All electrodes used are E7018 and E6010 with preheating of 322°C, and main welds are done by automatic submerged arc welding machines.
- All welds are inspected by the quality control team using MT (Magnetic Particle), UT (Ultrasonic), and RT (Radiography) methods.
- After assembly, the boiler is hydrostatically tested at 5.1 times the design pressure in the presence of the standard inspector and finally insulated with a minimum 52 mm thick rock wool covered with stainless steel.
- All materials and manufacturing processes are inspected and quality controlled by companies certified in technical inspection for hot water and steam boilers, and finally, the Iran national standard plate and technical inspection booklet are issued.
