Super Action Industry Steel Water Boiler - SA-WWB-300 is designed and manufactured according to the Iranian national standard number ISIRI 7911 or its British equivalent BS-855. Construction of the Super Action Industry Steel Water Boiler to 400,000 kcal/hr capacity acquires return furnace technology, and for higher capacity of 400,000 uses wet back technology.
Every stage of designation and construction of Super Action Industry steel Water boiler has been performed under the supervision of Iran National Standards Organization (INSO) Technical Inspection Company and the quality control department of the very company. Super Action Industry steel Water boiler - SA-WWB-300 has an Iranian license plate and a quality control booklet.
Equipment and supplies that have been used to design Super Action Industry Steel Water Boiler are made of fire-Resistant sheets 17MN4(DIN17155) and Water-Proof sheets(A516 GR-70), Also the seamless fire-resistant pipes ST-35.8 (DIN-17175) and A106GR-B. All branches of Super Action Industry Steel Water Boilers have been selected according to A105 and A106 ASTM standards. All welds of this product are designed according to ASME Sec.IX standard, and after approval and preparation of WPS and PQR by one of the methods SMAW, MIG, MAG, TIG, etc. are performed with special fillers. For example, in SMAW method, E6010 electrode is used for penetrating welds and E7018 electrode is used for other welds.
