Tabarestan Plastic Complex Company was established in 1375 and started its production activity in 1377 on land with an area of 8500 square meters in the north of Iran in the historical and green city of Sari. In 1382, the first development plan of the Sari unit was put into operation. The efforts made in 1383 bore fruit and this year, Tabarestan Plastic Complex, as the first company active in the rotational molding industry, succeeded in receiving the ISO 9001:2000 standard certificate. In 2014, the improvement process in the field of technology was noticed by the company's managers, and the search for identifying and implementing a development plan in this direction began. After research and investigations, in 2015, an advanced production line equipped with the latest technology, from a world-renowned company, entered Iran, and in this way, site number 2 of Tabarestan Plastic Complex in the city of Sari, on land with an area of 17,000 square meters started working. In the same year, the research and development unit of the company was equipped with the only laboratory machine of the rotational molding industry in Iran, and the activity in the field of research and knowledge creation at Tabarestan Plastic Complex was pursued more seriously.

This research led to the emergence of an idea in the engineering staff of the company regarding the design and construction of the first automatic rotary molding machine in Iran. This project entered the operational phase from the research phase in 1387, and in 1388, the first rotary molding machine for plastics with an automatic control system and the movable furnace was built by the engineering group of Tabarestan Plastic Complex and put into operation. In 1390, two new development plans They were implemented in the cities of Sari and Shiraz and were put into operation. These projects increased the production capacity of this company more than expected.
In the same year, this company received a manufacturing license from the Ministry of Health and Medicine, and in 2013, as the first manufacturer in the rotary molding industry, it received the ISO 22000:2005 food safety standard.
After the cooperation of specialists of Tabarestan Plastic Complex in compiling the national standard for the production of polyethylene tanks, this company succeeded in receiving the national standard mark of Iran in 2013. Currently, Tabarestan Plastic Complex has more than 250 human capital, benefiting from 12 production lines. And with a production capacity of more than 10,000 tons per year, it is considered the largest producer of plastic products by rotational molding in Iran.
